As a company, we are well prepared and fully committed to continuing providing you with the best possible service during these difficult and unprecedented times and we are committed to ensuring that we can work hard for you without face-to-face contact.
We have taken steps to ensure we can continue to support your needs including enabling our advisers to work from home, using secure (encrypted) tested technology.
We will continue to have meetings with you but in the short term, we will achieve this with you either over the phone or by making use of Microsoft Teams to enable us to carry out online meetings.
We are keeping our advisers up to date with Government guidelines and adapting internal safety and hygiene protocols as appropriate.
